The Integration Process team is responsible for optimizing our ReRAM, resulting from development, to bring them to a level of industrial excellence.
As a Process Engineer, you will manage the transfer of processes from the R&D site to customer equipment and production environments. You will perform data analysis and problem-solving related to technology transfer, conduct process research activities, and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to enhance process quality and performance within a dynamic R&D environment. You will have the opportunity to work on state-of-the art equipment within CEA’s labs and clean room. We are seeking an applicant skilled and detail-oriented able to interact smoothly with customers and strong problem-solving abilities.

An Analog Design Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to play a key role in the design and development of our advanced memory technology. You will be involved in all aspects of the analog design process, from concept to validation, and will be responsible for the design of analog circuits.
