Last weekend we crossed the bridge and I took this picture while I was being driven. It just captured my attention, in fact it always has. Free Leonard signs are like part of my childhood, like a symbol of my life. The image also captured me because it was on a tree, off to the side of a bridge, therefore very high off of the ground. It made me wonder how it got up there. I also felt that there was something very organic about the human made sign being held up by a tree, as though the tree him/herself is making the plea for Leonard.
